SALT LAKE CITY - Real Salt Lake continues to set the mark of community involvement through player appearances, business events, and youth soccer clinics stemming from the team members desire to truly be a part of Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front neighborhood. Throughout the week, RSL players are making appearances at a variety of locations including the grand opening of the Sugarhouse Sprint Store and a free soccer clinic for local youth.

Thursday, April 28 & Friday, April 29, 4:30 p.m.: Real Salt Lake Players to Appear at Utah Sports Camp

Real Salt Lake players are joining in the fun at the Shoot and Score Soccer Skills Camp held at Spence Eccles Fieldhouse on Thursday and Friday afternoon to help youth learn the game of soccer who would not normally have the opportunity to do so. RSL players will teach a variety of soccer skills to the campers as well as speak with them about the importance of healthy activity and the steps it takes to lead a positive lifestyle. The players will be at the fieldhouse at 4:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 28, 5:30 p.m.: Jamie Watson Coaches Local Girls Soccer Team

RSL Forward Jamie Watson already sees the importance of giving back to the community! The nineteen-year-old Dallas native has donated a training session as a part of a silent auction item helping to raise funds for a local school and its literacy program. Watson will train an Under 12 girls team on Thursday, April 28 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at Juan Diego High School focusing on attacking and ball skills bringing his knack for the goal into the session. After the practice, Watson will speak to the girls about his experience as a professional athlete and the decisions he made in order to become a successful soccer player. Additionally, he will sign autograph cards and t-shirts for the girls.

Friday, April 29, 12:30 p.m.: Clint Mathis Appears at Grand Opening of the Sugarhouse Sprint Store

RSL Midfielder Clint Mathis will help kick off the grand opening of the Sugarhouse Sprint Store on Friday, April 29 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. signing autographs and giving away a variety of prizes. Fans are encouraged to be a part of the opening and meet the RSL superstar. The new store is located at 1028 East and 2100 South across the street from Gold's Gym and Fiddler's Elbow.

Saturday, April 30, 6:00 p.m.: Join the Fun at Carnival Real and the "Kam's Kauses" Booth

Starting midfielder Brian Kamler and his wife, Suzanne, moved to Salt Lake City in January and during the couple's first visit to the RSL office told staff they wanted to be involved with community projects and causes important to Utah. As one of several goodwill projects, the Kamler's have set up a booth in Carnival Real, the interactive soccer area open before every RSL home game, to help raise funds for local charities and non-profits. As a part of the booth known as "Kam's Kauses," fans will receive an entry into a drawing for a Brian Dunseth autographed jersey, an RSL Team autographed ball, or an RSL Team autographed tee shirt. On Saturday, funds raised will benefit the local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sister and the winners will be announced during the second half of the game at Rice Eccles Stadium. The "Kam's Kauses" booth and Carnival Real are located in the Olyumpic Cauldron Park on the south side of the stadium and opens 90 minutes prior to all RSL games.

RSL PLAYER LIVE ON 1280 THE ZONE WEEKLY: Tune in to 1280 The Zone every Thursday, at 2:30 p.m. MT. with Ryan Hatch and David Fox on "Hatch and Hollywood" and get the latest insight on the team from an RSL player.

FLEX PACKAGE NOW ON SALE: Real Salt Lake is now offering the Flex Package which is comprised of twenty vouchers of the same price category (North Goal, Corner Flag, Premium and VIP) that allows the purchaser to determine which games they would like to see in the regular reason and how many tickets needed for that game. Prices for the 2005 Flex Package are $260 for the North Goal, $320 for the Corner Flag, $440 for the East Sideline and $560 for the VIP seats. Tickets can be redeemed in the following way: one could us all the vouchers and bring 20 people to one game or 4 people could attend five games. Flex vouchers are discounted from the day of game pricing making it an even greater value. Vouchers can be redeemed in advance through the Real Salt Lake Front Office by mail or in person or on the day of the game at the Real Salt Lake Customer Service Window. Seating is best available per price category at the time of redemption. The June 4th US-Costa Rica and RSL-FC Dallas event is not included in the flex package.

WORLD CUP QUALIFIER TICKETS NOW ON SALE: World Cup Qualifier tickets ranging in price levels from $25 to $68 went on sale earlier today through, by phone at (801) 581-UTIX, on-line at and at the University of Utah Ticket Office. Ticket prices are $25 for north and south goals, $36 corner flag, $48 off-mid and $68 mid. Groups of 20 or more can call the Real Salt Lake Ticket Office at (866) 9-SOCCER.

SINGLE-GAME TICKETS ON SALE: Real Salt Lake single-game tickets for its inaugural 2005 season at Rice-Eccles Stadium continue to be on sale both online and at the University of Utah Ticket Office, located at the Stadium's south end. Individual game prices are $14 for north goal, $18 for corner flag, $25 for premier east and $32 for VIP west. Individual game tickets can be purchased by visiting the Utah Ticket Office at 451 South 1400 East, by logging onto or by contacting the Ticket Office at (801) 581-UTIX. Fans are continued to be encouraged to purchase in advance.

SEASON TICKETS STILL SELLING BRISKLY: Real Salt Lake season ticket packages, now pro-rated following the opener, remain on sale. The RSL 2005 season ticket package now features 20 games, including the remaining 15 MLS regular season games, four special bonus games and the highly-anticipated U.S.-Costa Rica World Cup Qualifier on June 4. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the RSL Ticket Office at 515 South 700 East, #2R, SLC, UT 84102, by logging onto or by contacting the Real Salt Lake Ticket Office at (866) 9-SOCCER.
