Transfer Deadline Day: All the latest news as the transfer window closes in Europe
MLSsoccer.com's Greg Seltzer is the man in the know when it comes to Americans based in Europe. Here's his blow-by-blow of Transfer Deadline Day across the pond:
1:38 pm ET -- The Toronto Sun reports that Jermain Defoe will stay put at Toronto FC, despite interest from Arsenal, Leicester City and Queens Park Rangers. MLSE boss Tim Leiweke tells the paper that "we're not interested in him going anywhere."
12:45 pm ET -- No other Americans will be moving to a German club in this window. Sources tell MLSsoccer.com that no US exports appear on national federation DfB's deadline day transfer deal list, which was finalized less than an hour ago.
11:45 am ET -- TFC GM Tim Bezbatchenko has a big decision to make in the next few hours. After QPR and Arsenal, there's yet another English Premier League club surfacing for forward Jermain Defoe.

11:00 am ET -- MLSsoccer.com can now confirm that Anderlecht have passed on a Zulte-Waregem offer for Sacha Kljestan. It seems manager Besnik Hasi has decided he wants to keep the midfielder around after all.
10:30 am ET -- A back corridor whisper going around is that Zulte-Waregem have had an approach for Anderlecht midfielder Sacha Kljestan rejected. It is unclear whether the player or the club turned them down. We are still trying to confirm all of it.
10:10 am ET -- Stoke City have turned their nose up at multiple offers for US handyman Geoff Cameron, MLSsoccer.com has learned, with Sunderland one of the rejected suitors.
Two English sources have confirmed that the Potters knocked back at least two bids for the 29-year-old over the weekend. Sunderland have been in among the main group of chasers for months now, along with the likes of Hull City and Southampton.
His agent, Gary Mellor, also told MLSsoccer.com last week that none of the interested parties had named a transfer price to compel Stoke into negotiations at that time.

10:00 am ET -- Another London club making a run at Toronto FC forward Jermain Defoe? Reports from England claim that in addition to QPR, there's UEFA Champions League-bound Arsenal.
