Sporting Kansas City's Jon Kempin easily claims Save of the Week honors to nab second straight award

Two straight weeks as Sporting Kansas City's starter. Two straight Save of the Week awards.

Jon Kempin won the accolade for a second consecutive week after making a superb one-on-one stop on Gilberto in Sporting KC's 4-1 win over Toronto FC last Saturday. The 21-year-old Kempin won the Week 23 award with ease as well, edging out a class of his fellow young goalkeepers by claiming more than 58 percent of the vote.

Philadelphia Union rookie Andre Blake came in second place this week with a shade over 20 percent of the vote.

2. Andre Blake (PHI) – 20.45%
3. Bill Hamid (DC) – 8.92%
4. Sean Johnson (CHI) – 6.54%
