AMSTERDAM – Michael Bradley put in another solid shift for AS Roma on Monday, helping the patient hosts score a 2-0 victory over Torino in Serie A play.

The US ace was nearly flawless in the midfield passing game as the Giallorossi rallied from last week's derby disappointment. In the end, a pair of goals over the final 20 minutes lifted Roma two spots in the Scudetto race to sixth.

Elsewhere, Geoff Cameron worked a responsible shift in Stoke City's 1-1 draw at West Ham United. After a match light on scoring chances, the 14th-place Potters posted their seventh draw from 12 EPL games this season.

Over in Germany's 2.Bundesliga, John Anthony Brooks held down central defense as Hertha Berlin reclaimed second place with a 1-0 victory over visiting St. Pauli. The hosts extended their home shutout to 483 minutes and their overall unbeaten streak to a dozen games. With Joseph Gyau watching from the away bench, St. Pauli slipped to 12th place.

Next door in Denmark, Charlie Davies made a late cameo, coming on just in time for Randers FC's 89th-minute winner in a 3-2 win over Odense BK. Now unbeaten in eight Superliga games, the Horses took control of fourth place and the final Europa league slot.
