This World Malaria Day, April 25, MLS WORKS will join Nothing But Nets in the fight against malaria! Together, we will help keep families safe from malaria with Cover Africa, a new initiative from the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign to reach families who need your help the most. Through social media, MLS’s matching “flash” challenge will challenge fans and supporters to “Cover Africa,” MLS WORKS will help Nothing But Nets reach the $200,000 fundraising goal to send 20,000 nets to save lives. It’s that easy to make a difference.
Cover Africa empowers individuals and groups to use the interactive map to select a community and send residents life-saving bed nets. The map features inspiring photos and stories of people whose lives have been transformed by bed nets. Cover Africa enables MLS fans to make a bigger impact in the fight against malaria. (All tax-deductible transactions will be processed through Nothing But Nets' secure servers.)
