Represented Saint Kitts and Nevis at the U-13, U-15, U-17, U-20, and U-23 Olympic levels ... As a 15-year-old, Harris made his senior international debut for Saint Kitts and Nevis in 2000... With seven goals in 22 appearances for the Caribbean nation, Harris played in the semifinal round of CONCACAF qualifying for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, as The Sugar Boyz finished bottom of Group Three.
