American Exports: DaMarcus Beasley placed on Puebla's transfer list
GUADALAJARA, Mexico – US international DaMarcus Beasley looks like he is on the move, with Puebla announcing on Tuesday that the 31-year-old is on the club’s transfer list.
Beasley and his agent were negotiating a new contract with La Franja, but it appears talks have collapsed and the club is prepared to let the former Rangers player go.

Beasley signed for Puebla from Hannover 96 in the summer of 2011. Since joining, he has enjoyed a renaissance in his career that has culminated with regular call-ups and starts, in recent months, for Jurgen Klinsmann’s US men's national team. The former Chicago Fire star is currently with the USMNT in Jamaica ahead of their Friday World Cup qualifier in Kingston (9:30 pm ET, beIN Sport).
If the popular American is to move to a club within the Liga MX, the deal would have to be done before the domestic transfer deadline ends at midnight on Wednesday.
Liga MX club officials are currently in Cancún thrashing out deals in the annual “draft,” which serves more as a marketplace for exchanging players.
