Many people complain about the view from their office window - too many pigeons, construction work, etc. But Real Salt Lake's captain Kyle Beckerman can have no such complaints about the view from his "office." Wow.

Portland Timbers rookie Andrew Jean-Baptiste was drafted with the 8th overall pick this year. The former UCONN standout spends most of his time on Twitter. Here he shares a classic movie quote....well, sort of.

Liverpool striker and Welsh legend Craig Bellamy has always been a colorful character. Leander Schaerlaecken is eagerly anticipating a possible move to MLS.
Does anybody else think it would be really fun to see Craig Bellamy playing in MLS?

We're telling the Major League Soccer story with Facebook's new profile.
Facebook has grown over the years to capture the growth of the League and engage with our fans in a timely, authentic, media-rich way. Now, with Facebook Timeline, we now have a home for all the great MLS stories we’ve shared with our fans over the years. We’ve also posted many of our most memorable videos, photos, updates, awards and events since our founding in 1995.
Along with the history section on MLSsoccer.com, this is where we’re telling the story of MLS, from beginning, to middle, to now.
On February 11, Team MLS/SUM raised over $75,000 to support Cycle for Survival, the national, indoor relay-style team cycling event that has raised more than $9 million in support of lifesaving research on rare cancers at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
The whole #MLS kicks cancer squad @Cycle4Survival Thank you to everyone who donated! yfrog.com/oc17qoxj
— Will Kuhns (@will_kuhns) February 11, 2012
This year's event broke all records and has provided Memorial Sloan Kettering with over $8M in funds. Every dollar raised by Cycle goes directly to Memorial Sloan-Kettering for research on rare cancers, paving the way for new, more effective treatment options.
@MLS crushing it @Cycle4Survival. Sweatin and Savin Lives! Thanks everyone that donated!
— Lauren Lee Brophy (@Lauren_Brophy) February 11, 2012
The event was inspiring, emotional and fun, and wouldn't have been possible without the support of our friends, family and fans. A sincere thanks to everybody, and if you have interest in learning more about Cycle for Survival, you can visit www.CycleforSurvival.org.
You've said those three magical words, "I love you," a thousand times before. You've given chocolate, roses... maybe even diamonds.
But on this Valentine's Day, MLS fans tried something different:

You might have noticed that we recently fixed an iPad crash in MatchDay 2011 and wondered why it isn't the 2012 app. Development for the 2012 MLS MatchDay app is well under way for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows Phone. We are redesigning the app and posting new screenshots to the wonderful dribbble.com design community. Take a look and let us know what you think!
